Delays and issues
We work hard to deliver on time, but occasional delays can happen because of unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays. Thank you for your patience when this happens.
Orders can also be delayed by:
- Stock running out
- Third-party issues, such as the courier, transportation or public holidays
Delivery attempts
Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver your parcel. If the second attempt fails, the item is returned to us.
To avoid a failed delivery, please write your address, city and area clearly when you place your order.
