Return & refund policy

In short: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days for unused items with tags and packaging intact. We do not offer cash refunds. Sale items are not eligible, except if defective or incorrect.

Easy exchanges within 7 days

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us within this period so we can assist you.

Valid reasons for exchange

  • Defective product
  • Wrong size
  • Incorrect item received
  • Change of preference

No cash refunds

We do not offer cash refunds. Eligible items can be exchanged for another product or size.

Condition of items

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • Have all tags intact
  • In its original packaging and original condition

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Sale items

Articles purchased during discount campaigns or sales are not eligible for exchange. The only exceptions are items that are defective or incorrect, which will be exchanged after verification.
